5.1 Cookie Consent Banner

When you first visit aidatadesk.com, a cookie consent banner will appear. You can accept all cookies, accept only strictly necessary cookies, or manage your preferences individually. No non-essential cookies are placed before you make a choice.

Our consent mechanism meets the GDPR standard for valid consent: it is freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous. Accepting and rejecting non-essential cookies are presented with equal prominence. No pre-ticked boxes are used. Consent is as easy to withdraw as it is to give — you can update your preferences at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

5.2 Changing Your Preferences

Update your cookie preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer of aidatadesk.com.

5.3 Browser Settings

You can manage, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Service from functioning correctly.

To opt out of HubSpot tracking on the marketing website, withdraw your consent via the Cookie Settings link in the footer, or visit www.hubspot.com/legal/privacy-policy.

5.5 Revoking Google or Microsoft Account Access

You may revoke KAI's access to your Google or Microsoft account at any time:

Revoking access will immediately invalidate KAI's OAuth tokens for your account. See our Privacy Policy for details on what happens to your data after disconnection.

5.6 Do Not Track

Our Service does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals, as there is no universally accepted standard for interpreting them. Regardless of DNT settings, we do not track users across third-party websites and we do not use cookies for advertising retargeting.

6. What We Do Not Do

We explicitly confirm that we do not:

  • Use advertising or retargeting cookies of any kind
  • Use tracking pixels, web beacons, LinkedIn Insight Tags, or Meta Pixels
  • Track users across third-party websites
  • Use cookies or similar technologies to build user profiles for sale or sharing
  • Process Gmail or Calendar data through cookies or any tracking technology
  • Place any non-essential cookies before obtaining your consent

7. International Data Transfers

Some third-party cookie providers (including HubSpot, Google, Microsoft, and Stripe) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where applicable, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

8. What happens to locally stored authentication data when you delete your account:

Firebase authentication tokens stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB/localStorage) become invalid immediately upon account deletion, even if not manually cleared. We recommend clearing your browser's local storage after deleting your account. Your browser's developer tools or settings can be used to do this.Cookies are retained only for the durations specified in Section 3. Personal data processed in connection with cookies is subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.
